All orders are prepared on disposable platters. Disposable plates, silverware, cups, sternos & chafing dishes are available upon request for an additional fee.

Local sales tax is applied to all orders. Tax exempt organizations must provide proof of certification. We appreciate as much notice as possible in the event of a cancellation. Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event date. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will be charged in full, including events cancelled due to inclement weather. Food truck events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.
